【KOMOJU Terminal】I cannot login to the Terminal, what should I do?
If you are unable to log in to the KOMOJU terminal, please check the following two points.
- Ensure the serial number you entered on your KOMOJU dashboard while registering the terminal is same as that on the back of your terminal device. (check the registered terminals here)
- Check your terminal details in KOMOJU dashboard to ensure the Terminal set up PIN is correct. (check the registered terminals here)
