【KOMOJU Terminal】I cannot login to the Terminal, what should I do?

If you are unable to log in to the KOMOJU terminal, please check the following two points.

  1. Ensure the serial number you entered on your KOMOJU dashboard while registering the terminal is same as that on the back of your terminal device. (check the registered terminals here)
  2. Check your terminal details in KOMOJU dashboard to ensure the Terminal set up PIN is correct. (check the registered terminals here)
