【KOMOJU Terminal】How do I apply for KOMOJU Terminal?

This page explains how to apply for KOMOJU Terminal.

Choose the store type as "Physical Store" and create an account

*If you have already created a KOMOJU account and wish to create a new account for the same user, please login here and follow the steps below to add an account. (Please choose "Physical Store" upon the account creation.)

Please enter the required information in the application form.

All information from the company information to the payment method page is required.

*If the information you provide is incorrect, it may take longer to review your application. Please make sure to provide correct information.

*On the 【Store Information】 page of the application form, please check the “KOMOJU Terminals” checkbox and continue.

Please select the credit card you wish to use and proceed with the application.

Once you have completed your application, please wait for a while for your application to be accepted. Usually, it takes from 2 days to 1 week. (Please note that it may take longer than the estimated time if necessary information needs to be verified during the review process.)

*After your application has been submitted, a review team may send a review message to the e-mail address registered in your KOMOJU account. If you receive such an e-mail, please reply to the e-mail with the necessary information.

After the review is completed and the payment is approved, the following information regarding the activation of the device will be displayed on the “Payment Method” page. Please click “Continue to Setup” after confirming the following display.

Once you click “Continue to Setup”” on the above screen, you will be redirected to the following page. Click on “Order a free KOMOJU terminal” and proceed to order a KOMOJU payment terminal. Please follow the instructions on the order form to place your order.

*The terminal fee is free of charge during the campaign period.
