November 19th, 2024 Manual Capture is now available with d Payment
d Payment has been added to the payment supporting Manual Capture, a feature on the Shopify side.
The authorization period is “20:00 on the last day of the second following month".
(e.g.) If a customer attempts to make a payment on November 11, 2024, the authorization period will be “January 31, 2025, 19:59:59”.
<About Shopify's Manual Capture>
Manual Capture is a feature of Shopify. Normally, when a payment is completed on KOMOJU, the payment status on KOMOJU is “ Captured ‘ and the payment status on Shopify is Paid .
With the Manual Capture feature, after the payment is completed in KOMOJU, the payment status in KOMOJU and Shopify will change to Authorized . You can manually capture the payment by pressing “Capture payment ” button on Shopify management screen.
*Note:
- Due to the Shopify store settings, you cannot select each payment method. When you set up Manual Capture in your store, all payment methods that can be set up in KOMOJU will be enabled.
