October 30th, 2024 Update on Credit Card (Korea) Payment

We are pleased to announce that credit card (Korea) payment is now available for “BC Card” and “KB Card” as well.

As of October 30, 2024, the following brands can be used, with the exception of the Lotte Card.

◆ Error messages when using “Lotte Card”

The following error message will appear when consumers try to make a payment with Lotte card.

If consumers contact us about this error, please inform them to use another payment method.

(*This error message will no longer appear as soon as Lotte card becomes available.)

◆ Announcement on the website

In order to prevent confusion among consumers, please clarify that “Lotte Card” cannot be used on your website.

*If you are using Shopify, you can limit the icons displayed on the checkout screen. Please follow the steps below to hide the icons.

<How to hide icons (Shopify admin page)>

Turn off the toggle for Lotte card (i.e., toggle is on the left), and click “Save” to complete the setting for hiding the icon of the corresponding brand.

*Woori Card cannot be displayed as there is no icon available on the Shopify side, but please be assured that it will be available for use.
