【For Purchasers】How to download processing fee invoice
This page provides instructions for issuing an invoice for processing fees incurred when paying by Convenience store payment or Pay-easy.
Processing fee invoices can only be issued by the purchaser of the product through this portal site.
Please note that KOMOJU merchants cannot issue or download this invoices on purchaser's behalf.
１．Please access the link at the bottom of the "Payment instruction e-mail" sent to your registered e-mail address when you purchase an order.
*If you have received a “Send payment receipt e-mail” upon completion of payment, it will also be included there.
*If you have not received e-mails, please access this link to proceed further.
２． Please enter the email address that received avobe 1 email on the Invoice Request Portal screen.
*Please note that you can log in only with the e-mail address registered at the time of order.
３．An email with the subject line "KOMOJU - Link to your transaction history" will be sent to the email address you entered on the portal screen.
Please check the email and click on the "Link to your transaction history" in the email.
(*If you do not receive it in your mailbox, please check to see if it has been delivered to your spam mailbox.)
【Notes】
If 30 minutes have passed since you received the transaction history link, the following error will occur and the link will expire.
In this case, please start again from step 1 above and complete the invoice download within 30 minutes.
４．After clicking the link, you will be redirected to a page that lists your transaction history, so please click the "Generate Invoice" button corresponding to the transaction for which you would like to issue an invoice.
５．Please enter the name of the person to whom the invoice will be addressed and click "Save and Geberate".
６．An invoice will be downloaded to your device.
The "Generate Invoice" button you clicked earlier has changed to the "Download Invoice" button, so you can download invoice again if needed by clicking the "Download Invoice" button.
