How to integrate Komoju on Shopline

You can add payment methods such as Konbini, Bank Transfer, Pay-easy, Credit Card, Smartphone Payment (Paypay/LINEpay/Merupay), etc. to SHOPLINE by installing KOMOJU.

This page will guide you how to install KOMOJU on SHOPLINE.

STEP 1. Creat Account

To use KOMOJU on SHOPLINE, first you need to create a KOMOJU account.

After creating an account, you will be able to log in to the KOMOJU administration page and start using the test mode.

Please note that the test mode is only for testing the system specifications and cannot be used as an actual payment method.

If you wish to use actual payment, you will need to apply live mode and go through a review process.

Please log in to the KOMOJU and Click the "Active payments" on the right top of the screen.

Fill in all the needed criteria, and submit for approval.

*After your application is received, we will send a notification regarding the review of your application.

STEP 2. Agree to Terms of Use and confirm "Secret Key" and "Publishable Key" in Live mode

After the review is completed and you receive the contract notification email, the term of use will be displayed when you log in to KOMOJU for the first time.

Once you confirm the term of use and agree to it, you will be able to switch Test mode and Live mode as shown below.
(If this is not displayed, the review and contract have not been completed.)

Please make sure that you have switched to Live mode, and check your "Private Key" and "Publishable Key" from the "Merchant Settings".

*If the information is in TEST mode, it cannot be used as actual payment. Please be sure to check the information from the"Merchant Settings" in LIVE mode.

STEP 3. Set KOMOJU on Shopline

After logging in to Shopline, select "Setting"> "Payments" at the bottom left of the screen.

1) Connecting KOMOJU credit card payment

Click the "Activate third-party service providers", select "KOMOJU" and click the "Select" button.

Enter the "Secret Key" and "Publishable Key" that you confirmed on KOMOJU above STEP2.

Check the icon for the payment you wish to use and click "Activate KOMOJU".

If KOMOJU appears under "Third-party service providers" like below, KOMOJU setup is complete.

2) Connecting KOMOJU payment other than credit card

Click the "Activate third-party service providers", select "KOMOJU Other" and click the "Select" button.

Enter the "Secret Key" and "Publishable Key" that you confirmed on KOMOJU above STEP2.

Check the icon for the payment you wish to use and click "Activate KOMOJU other".

If KOMOJU other appears under "Other payment methods" like below, KOMOJU other setup is complete.

【Purchase flow after setting KOMOJU on SHOPLINE (Konbini)】

On the checkout screen, the KOMOJU payment method you have set will be displayed in the payment method selection box.

Click on "Complete Order".

Enter name (optional) and e-mail address (required), select the name of the convenience store for the payment, and click "Pay".

Payment information will be displayed on the next screen.

This information will also be sent to the e-mail address entered on the payment screen above.
