How do I add payment methods?

If you would like to apply for additional payment methods, please request as follows.

*If you only have an access to test mode and the review is being proceeded, please click the “Active payments” button in the upper right corner of the screen to add your payment.

【If you are already using live mode】

<1> Log in to KOMOJU, confirm that you are in Live mode, and select “Payment Method” from the menu bar on the left side of the screen.

<2> Please select the payment you wish to add on the following screen.

*If there is insufficient information, an application form will be displayed after you select a payment. Please fill in all the information and click “Next” to proceed, and then select the payment you would like to add again.

To apply for international payments, select the country name below to view payments for that country.

*Please note that the review may take some time if any required information is missing or needs to be revised.

*Depending on the result of the review, we may not be able to provide the payment methods you want to add.
