Setting the email notification

By enabling the email notification feature, KOMOJU will send a email notification to your customer's registered email address.


【Please note】

This feature is for sending emails to your consumers. If you want to receive email notifications on administrator's side, please follow this procedure.


1. Select Merchant Settings >  Click 'Edit' 

2.  Turn on the toggle in the event you would like KOMOJU to send the email notification. (i.e., turn the toggle to the right and change it to blue) ⇒ Click "Save Changes"

  • Send payment instruction e-mail : email with payment instruction will be sent to the customer email address.
  • Send payment receipt e-mail : When the customer complete the payment, an email will be sent to the customer email address.
  • Send payment reminder e-mail : 1 day before the payment expire date, a reminder email will be sent to the customer email address.
  • Send payment refund e-mail :When the full refund is completed, an email will be sent to the customer email address. (*The e-mail will be sent only when the full refund is completed. Partial refunds are not supported.)
